Computer, modem, and data line service for existing 5 computer line hookups <br /> and any future lines installed. <br /> <br />Trainin~ <br /> <br /> 1. Minimum of one (1) week training on new system for primary console <br /> operator. <br /> <br /> 2. Minimum of one (1) hour staff training during department staff meeting on <br /> basic operations and features of system. <br /> <br /> 3. Handbook/brochure or written instructions to be made available to each <br /> employee on features and usage of telephone system. <br /> <br />Service <br /> <br /> 1. Service shall be available within a radius of 25 miles from department. <br /> <br /> 2. Response time for service calls shall be no more than two (2) hours <br /> following placement of service call. <br /> <br /> 3. Proposal shall provide list of comparable equipment in operation from at <br /> least three (3) other corporations. This list shall include owner's name, <br /> address, and phone number. Equipment shall have been in operation one or <br /> two years and shall be current product sold today. <br /> <br /> <br />
