PROCLAMATION <br /> <br />HONORING THE CABARRUS COUNTY VOCAL ENSEMBLE <br />AS THE <br /> <br /> OFFICIAL BICENTENNIAL ENSEMBLE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the year 1992 is the Bicentennial year of Cabarrus County, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, many events undertaken to celebrate the Bicentennial were enhanced by the <br />performances of the Cabarrus County Vocal Ensemble, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Cabarms County Vocal Ensemble delighted the citizens of Cabarrus <br />County in these performances, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the performances added to the enjoyment of the Bicentennial Celebration and <br />assisted in attracting public attention to the historical significance of the County's Founding, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Cabarrus County Vocal Ensemble provided the Bicentennial celebration a <br />consistently high quality, artistic ambiance, <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Cabarms County Board of <br />Com/nissioners hereby honors the contributions and support of the Cabarrus County Vocal <br />Ensemble and hereby recognizes the Cabarrus County Vocal Ensemble as the Official Cabarms <br />County Ensemble. <br /> <br /> In witness hereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of Cabarms County at <br />the Cabarrus County Governmental Center, this the 29th day of December, 1992. <br /> <br />Carolyn B.
