Following term, you may <br />initial <br />is <br />that <br />be <br />reappointed for a three year term if you are able to carry out the <br />committee activities. <br />Enclosed is an application form that needs to be completed and <br />mailed to the clerk to the county commissioners by Monday, January <br />14th. <br />-.: <br />Please review the qualifications for committee membership carefully <br />prior to submitting your application. Volunteers would need to be <br />available during the day and have transportation to visit the <br />nursing homes. In addition, the volunteer would need to complete <br />a day long orientation session in Charlotte February 19th and an <br />orientation Jn a facility at your convenience. <br />The commissioners will notify you in late January if you have been <br />selected to serve on the committee.
