EXHIBIT A TO AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN <br /> OWNER AND ENGINEER <br /> FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING STUDY AND REPORT SERVICES <br /> <br /> FURTHER DESCRIPTION OF BASIC ENGINEERING SERVICES, <br /> AND RELATED MATTERS <br /> <br />This is an exhibit attached to and made a part of and incorporated by reference <br /> <br />into the Agreement dated , between <br /> Cabarrus County, North Carolina (OWNER) <br /> <br />and - Camp Dresser & McKee (ENGINEER) <br /> <br />for study and report professional services. <br /> <br />1. The Basic Services of ENGINEER as described in Section I of said Agreement <br /> are amended and supplemented as follows: <br /> <br />TASK I -- COLLECT AND REVIEW BACKGROUND DATA <br /> <br />A. Review of Population Proiections <br /> <br /> ' CDM will analyze 1990 census population information for Cabarrus County and <br /> the incorporated municipalities. CDM will review population projections as <br /> available from the Cabarms County Planning Department and planning <br /> deparlments for each of the municipalities for the period 1990 through 2020 <br /> in five year increments. CDM will also review population projections <br /> available from the North Carolina Office of State Budget and Management. <br /> It is assumed that all of this data will be provided to CDM by the County. <br /> <br /> CDM will also look at projected zoning, land use pat!ems, and growlh <br /> patterns as they may affect future population projections. It is assumed <br /> that all of this data will be provided to CDM by the County. <br /> <br /> Page I of ,g <br /> <br /> <br />
