(0 'Telephone Subscriber" or "Subscriber~ means a person or entity to <br /> whom exchange telephone sen~ice, either residential or commercial, <br /> is provided and in return for which the person or entity is billed on <br /> a monthly b~sis. When the same person, business, or organization <br /> ha several telephone access lines, each exchange aefess facility shall <br /> constitute a separate subscription <br /> <br /> Section IL Effective Date <br /> <br /> Effective July 1, 1991, there is imposed a monthly 911 service charge, in the <br /> amount specified in Section 11I of this ordinance, upon each exchange access <br /> facRity to by telephone subscribers whose exchange access lines are in <br /> subscribed <br /> the area sen,ed by the 911 service. <br /> <br /> Section IIL Monthl7 Charge <br /> <br /> The monthly 911 charge is m, enty-six cents for the ~rst and <br /> ($.26) <br /> year <br /> forty <br /> cents <br /> ($.40) each year therea~rter for each exchange a.ccess facility subscribed to by a <br /> telephone subscriber whose exchange access line or 1;nes are located in the area <br /> seN, ed by the 91! service.
