NORTH CAROLINA <br /> <br /> CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> <br /> THIS LEASE, executed as of the 31st day of December, 1990, <br />between THOleS F. JOYNER and wife JUDY G. JOYNER, whose mailing <br />address is 112 Flowe's Store Road, Concord, North Carolina 28025 <br />(hereinafter called "Landlord"), and CABARRUS COUNTY, NORTH <br />CAROLINA, whose mailing address is P. O. Box 707, Concord, North <br />Carolina 28026-0707 (hereinafter called "Tenant"); <br /> <br /> W I T N E S S E T H: that -- <br /> <br /> In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements <br />hereinafter set forth, the Landlord does hereby lease and demise <br />unto the Tenant and the Tenant hereby accepts and leases from the <br />Landlord, for the term hereinafter specified, the real property <br />described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the "Demised <br />Premises"). <br /> <br /> TO EAYE AND TO EOLD the Demised Pr~mises upon those <br />conditions and with those privileges set forth herein for the <br />term herein set forth, subject to the following covenants and <br />conditions: <br /> <br /> 1.
