1. Receipt of approval from th~ North Carolina Department <br /> of Transportation on all work other than that listed <br /> below: <br /> <br /> a. We are withholding $5,000.00 for repairs made to <br /> 1-85 by NCDOT forces and as yet unbilled. <br /> <br /> b. We are withholding $2,100.00 for paving required by <br /> NCDOT on N.C. 73, which will be done as soon as the <br /> weather is suitable. <br /> <br /> 2. Receipt of request for final payment and all closing <br /> documents from the Contractor. <br /> <br /> 3. We are withholding $5,700.00 ior repair of seeding and <br /> mulching damage by October flooding. Repairs cannot be <br /> made until spring. <br /> <br /> Upon your approval and our receipt of the above documents, <br />we will issue payment tO Ramey, Inc. for the balance due them <br />after deducting the $12,800.00 to be withheld until the paving <br />and seeding is completed. <br /> <br /> Sincerely, <br /> <br /> W.
