Please recall that due to state budget <br /> I cuts, we were required by the state to relinquish $1524. .We <br /> chose to release monies from the health screening program. <br /> <br /> i Also, please note that the amendments reflect a decision I <br /> made at the local level to shift grant funds from: <br /> <br />I the health screening program (by $2417) and <br /> the transportation program (by $4755). <br />i These differences total $7172 and were transferred into the <br /> respite care program. By making these shifts, we are able <br /> I to keep funds here in Cabarrus County, in more expended <br /> program areas. <br /> <br /> I am requesting that these documents be reviewed and if <br />Iapproved be signed in black ink by the appropriate official <br />with the signature attested.
