Frank Liske Park, CabarrUs County Parks and Recreation, and the Veterans Service <br />oEfice are planning "0pe~ation Welcome Home" rally on Nay 12, 1991 at Frank <br />Liske Park starting at 4:00 pm. This will provide an opportunity for Cabarrus <br />coUnty to show its pride, appreciation, and thanka to all of our military <br />people and veterans from all of our wars. <br /> <br />I would, like to request that our Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners issue <br />a proclamation declaring May 12, 1991 as "Military Appreciatian and Welcame <br />Home Day." <br /> <br />It would be appreciated if you would present this request t~ our Cabarrus <br />County Board of Commissioners at the Hay 6 meeting. <br /> <br />pc: Steve L.
