General Information The membership categories are mandated by Federal legislation. VCnile other individuals may be appointed to replace current members whose terms are expiring, they must be selected from the categories indicated below. Appointments tothe PIC must be made from a slate of nominees. The Council meets about once each quarter and makes decisions about the allocation of funds, choice of service providers, etc. The Private Industry Council mee;ing is generally the second Tuesday of the meeting month. Dry does not vish to be reappointed. On 6/6 )ir. David Hollers of COG advised that the replacement for .Hs. Dry should be a representative of Social Services rather than the private sector'in order to ~aintain the proper alitnment among the six counties represented on PfC. Hr. Jim Cook has reco~m~ended the appointment of Hr. James Polk, JOBS Coordinator at DSS. Term of Appointment: 2 years ending June 30, 1993.
