PROCEDURES ~ORREFERRAL FROM PURCHASER. <br /> I a. All referrals for the direct service provision shall be referred to the <br /> Department of Aging. Each case will be evaluated by the Purchaser and <br /> I referred to the Center for the purchase of the service. <br /> b. Cazegiver's requesting respite care will have an initial conference <br /> <br /> I with the Center at least seven (7) days prior to admission. <br /> c. The Center will be responsible for explanation of policies and <br /> procedures to caregiver~s durii3g conference. <br /> I 8. The Center agrees to meet with Purchaser one time per quarter (or more <br /> frequently, if requested) to evaluate respite service program operation and <br /> I quality of service. Meetings shall be scheduled at the convenience of the <br /> Purchaser and the Center. All units of service shall meet the required <br /> minimum service standards ss a~opted and implemented by North Carolina <br /> <br /> i Division of Aging. <br /> <br />[ <br />! <br />:! <br /> <br /> <br />
