Please <br /> note that the contract reflects a shift of funds. We have <br /> shifted funds from: <br /> <br />Title IIIB/Nutrition Trans ($959] to: <br /> <br /> Title IiIB/Medical Transportation. This shift was necessary <br /> to cover projected medical transportation needs through June <br /> 30th. <br /> <br />I am requesting that the Board of Commissioners review these <br />documents. If these meet their approval I am requesting <br />that these documents be signed in black ink by the <br />appropriate official with the siqnature attached.
