13. The County agrees to maintain accurate and complete <br /> records pertaining to the procurement, maintenance, and <br /> licensure (if applicable) of all equipment purchased <br /> under this agreement, and to make these records available <br /> for review representatives of the Council <br /> upon <br /> request <br /> by <br /> or of the N.C. Department of Human Resources during <br /> normal business hours. <br /> <br /> 14.
