In accordance with the provisions of Article 2lB of <br />Chapter 143, General Statutes of North Carolina as amended, and other <br />applicable Laws, Rules and Regulations, <br /> <br /> PERMISSION IS I[EREBY GRANT'Ii~ TO <br /> <br /> Concrete Supply Company <br /> 470 McGi~ Avenue, Concord <br /> Cabarrus County, North Carolina <br /> <br /> FOR <br /> <br />construction and operation of air emission sources or air cleaning <br />devices and appurtenances consisting of: <br /> <br />one baghouse (1445 square feet of cloth area) installed on two cement storage <br />silos and a flyash storage silo, <br /> <br />to be constructed and operated in accordance with the completed <br />application received February 16, 1990, and in conformity with the plans, <br />specifications, and other supporting data, all of which are filed with the <br />Department of Environment, Health and Natural Resources and are incorporated <br />as part of this Permit. <br /> <br /> This Permit shall be subject to the following specified conditions <br />and limitations including any testing: reporting, or monitoring <br />requirements: <br /> <br /> A. SPECLFIC CONDITIONS AND L]}LITATIONS <br /> <br /> 1.
