Visible emissions from the air emission sources shall not be more than 20 percent opacity when averaged over a six-minute period, except that six-minute periods averaging not more than 87 percent m opacity may occur not more than once in any hour nor more than fo~:r times in any ~4-hour period. 3. The Permittee shall take all reasonable precautions with any m operation, process, handling, transportat£on, or storage facilities to prevent fugitive particulate and/er visible emissions from becoming airborne. m 4. All required air permits shall be obtained by the Permittee to re]ocate the facility, emission sources,.or air cleaning equipment. 5. As required by 15A NCAC 2D .0535, when particulate and/or i visible emissions exceed Environmental Management Regulations for more than four hours the Regional Supervisor, Division of Environmental Mm~agement~ Mooresville Region, (704) 663-1699, shall be notified as promptly as possible but in no case later I than 24 hours of becoming aware of the occurrence. Such notice shall specify the facility name and location, the nature and cause of the excess emissions, the time when first observed, the e~pected duration, and the estimated rate of emissions. This reporting requirement does not allow the operation of the -- facility in excess of Environmental Management Con~uission I Regulations. g. GENERAL CONDITIONS AND L~MITATION$ i 1. Reports on the operation and maintenance of the facility shall i be submitted by the Permittee to the Regional Supervisor, Division of Environmental Management at such intervals and in such form and detail as may be required by the Division. ~nformation required in such reports may include, but is not I limited to procesa weight rates, firing rates, hours of operation, and preventive maintenance schedules.
