i~ ~U~ 2 ? 1991 <br /> <br /> August 23, 1991 <br /> <br />H~MORANDN~ <br /> <br />?0: Carol~m Carpenter, County H~nager <br />FROM: Jim Cook, Social Services Director <br />SUBJECT: UNC-C Contract for Consultant Services <br /> <br /> Attached are two copies of the contract [~C-C is proposing for the County's <br />purchase of Consultant Services from the Urban Institute in support of the County <br />Human Servtee Planning Committee chaired by Herb Smith. <br /> <br /> ~he County of course appropriated $2400 for the purchase of these services <br />and we anticipated receipt of this proposed contract. <br /> <br /> I have reviewed the contract and feel ft is in accordance with understandings <br />we have had ~ith U~C-C. <br /> <br /> Before a representative oi the county executes this contract, it ~ould be <br />appropriate [o~ Blair Bennett to pre-audit and sign it. I felt it best that it <br />should be executed by you or ~r.
