Advertisement for Proposals <br /> Equipment Purchase Bid <br /> <br />Pursuant to General Statutes of North Carolina, Section 143-129, sealed <br />proposals will be received by the Board of County Commissioners for the <br />Cabatrus County Health Department, Concord, North Carolina until 10:00 a.m. <br />on Tuesdsy · the 20th day of August , 19 91 , at which time the County <br />Manager, in the Commissioners Conference Room at the Cabarrus County <br />Governmental Center, Concord, ~orth Carolina will open sealed proposals for <br />one (1) roll-off truck for the Cabarrus County Recycling Program. <br /> <br />From the date of this advertisement, the list and specifications of the <br />proposed equipment are and will continue to be on file end available to <br />prospective explanation specifications please <br /> bidders. <br /> For <br /> further <br /> of <br />contact ir. William t. Pilkington, Health Director, Cabarrus County Health <br />Department, P. O. Box 1149, Concord, North Carolina, (701) 556-8121. No <br />proposals will be considered or accepted unless at the time of its filing <br />the sane shall be accompanied by a deposit of cash or certified check on a <br />bank or trust company licensed by the F.D.I.C. in an amount equal to fi~e <br />(5) percent of the proposal or in lieu thereof a five (5) percent bid bond <br />in accordance ~ith North Carolina General Statute 143-129 as amended. The <br />Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all <br />proposals.
