It is the recommendation of the Board that <br />Vernico R. Morgan of Kannapolis and Vickey D. Cline of <br />Pleasant be appo~nte~ to fill existing vacancies on the Board. <br /> <br /> Since it was established by the County Commission in 1985, <br />the Library Board has been comprised of a ~ing]e trustee from <br />each of the following areas: Concord, Harrisblmrg/western <br />Cabarrus, Mt. Pleasant/eastern Cabarrus, and Midland/southern <br />Cabarrus~ and three trustees from the Kannapolis/northern <br /> <br /> In reviewing the applications, the Board considered this <br />composition and is recommending candidates from areas previously <br /> ' . <br />represented by the current vacancies <br /> <br /> <br />
