Carpenter: <br /> <br />Attached is a weatherlzation amendment to our current Weatherization <br />Assistance Program contract. This amendment reflects a budget <br />reduction in the N. C. Energy D/vision's LIHEAP appropriations for <br />fiscal year 91-92. <br /> <br />The decrease iu funding for Caharrus County Weatherization Program <br />amounts to $3,400 less than the original contract amount. <br /> <br />The enclosed amendment needs to be signed by Hr. Bill Simmons, <br />chair~an of the Comissioner Boar~ at his earliest convenience. <br />Please return to me after Hr.
