6. The Applicsnt shall be responsible for enforcinG the above conflict of interest provisions. B. Political A~t~vit~ No officer or employee of the Applicant vhose principal emplo)~ent is in connection with any activity ~'hich is financed in vhole or in part pursuant to this agreement shall take part in any of the political activity prohibited in the Hatch Political Activity Act, 5 U.S.C Sec llSK (196&, and as subsequently a~ended) vith the exceptions therein enumerated. The Applicant shall not discriminate against any person on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin in the use of any property or facility acquired or developed pursuant to this a§reement. 2. The Applicant shall co=ply vith the ter~s and intent of Title VI of the Civil Rishts Act of 196&, 78 stat. (196&), and ~ith the regulation p~o~ulGated pursuant to such Act by the Secretary of the Interior and contained in 43 C}'~. 17 (196&). 3. The Applicant shall not discriminate against any person on the basis of residence, except to the extent that reasonable differences in ack~ission or other fees any be maintained on the basis of residence. D. Flood Disaster ProtectipD The Applicant agrees to comply vith the texas and intent of the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 197~ (Public Lay ~-21&) and all applicable regulations and procedures i~ple=enting that Act. £.
