REGIONAL DATA BOOK

The Centralina COG F Data Book is
Region
being
completely
restructed in order to enhance its relevance to a wide range
of users. The project began early Spring of 1988, and the
revision is now completed. During Summer/Fall of 1990
emphasis will be on publlc information distribution and
marketing of the Data Book.

The Regional Data Book was originally published in 1983, but
its contents were exclusively in tabulated format, and many
data elements reflected only single-year statistics, thereby
making it impossible to examine historical trends. The
revision provides much more historical data, as well as
projected data where available. Additionally, the revision
relies much more heavily on computer graphics to display the
trends suggested by the tabulated data.

IV. CONTINGENCY AND OTHER MISCELL~NEOUB COMI~UNITY AND ECONOMIC
ACTIFITIES

Interest in other community and economic activities have been
expressed from member jurisdictions. Upon requests from
member governments, preparation of these plans will be
f~nanced with State Funds.

L267 .A
