In attendance were Carolyn Carpenter, <br />Tina Haithcock, Eric Vogal from First Response, Ron Callihan from <br />i Wheeled Coach, and myself. <br /> <br /> Two bids were received; one from First Response and one from <br />I Wheeled Coach. <br /> <br /> I 1) First Response Bid: $ 52,995.00 <br /> <br /> Included in that bid was optional pricing for aluminum <br />I cabinetry which we can do without. Also included was a <br /> <br /> price for the trade in of an old 1984 Chevrolet, Type III <br />I ambulance. First response took no exceptions to our bid. <br /> <br /> I FINAL COST FROM FIRST RESPONSE: <br /> BID: $ 52,995.00 <br /> I LESS CABINETRY: - 2,500.00 <br /> LESS TRADE IN: - 2,500.00 <br /> TOTAL COST: $ 47,995.00 <br /> <br /> 2) WHEELED COACH BID: $ 49,302.00 <br />I Included in that bid were several exceptions. One exception <br /> was the use of .090 thick aluminum for exterior vs. required <br />I .125 thickness.
