This decision is based on <br />several factors. <br /> <br /> 1) Their bid contains no exceptions to our specifications. <br /> <br /> 2) The last five (5) ambulances bought were from First Response. <br /> They were always delivered on time and their service has <br /> always been excellent and prompt. <br /> <br /> 3) Motor maintance has been decreasing rapidly due to an excellent <br /> garage, a proud feeling my employees have in the quality of <br /> their units, and First Response. <br /> <br /> If any additional information is needed, feel free to contact me. <br /> <br /> <br />
