ADDZTZOIIAL CO~OITIOHS (Continued): I FLOOD PLAIN CONDITION: ~o funds can be obligated, expenses incurred, or funds spent on any iactivity in projects C-1 '23 Gateway or L-1 Local Option except administration until the County of Cabarrus provides DCA with a certification that the projeet area is not in a flood plain; or with certification that the County of Cabarrus participates in the flood insurance program, all properties assisted in the project ~ill be eovered for flood I insurance prior to beginning construction on the property~ and all public facilities will be constructed to comply with applicable flood plain regulations; and until DCA has approved the certification.
