After the specific requirements for <br /> the cargo facility are determined, the area in our region which best meets <br /> the criteria could be chosen and promoted as the most feasible area for the <br /> I facili:y to be located. <br /> <br /> B-5 REGIONAL 'v'ISION PAPER <br />! <br /> The vision document has been completed and the document will be at the <br /> I printer by mid-November. The printing time is about two weeks, at which <br /> time the paper will available for general distribution. <br /> <br /> I B-6 REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION PLAN <br /> <br /> i Preliminas3, work will be~n on a re~onal plan now that the vision <br /> decument is completed.
