Thc Purchaser may withhold payments under this contract until these conditions are sati~ficd. 16. Te~nmtlon of the Contract for Cause. If through any cause, the Center or purchaser fail~ to fulfill in a timely and proper manner its obligations under thi~ contract, or it the Center or Purchaser violate~ any of .thc the Purcha~c~ or the Center shall therefore have the right to re.hate this contract by giving written notice to the Center or P~rchaser of such te~ination and specifying the effective date tbereof. In ~ucb event, all finished document~ and other materials provided by Purchaser under this~contract ~hall at the option of the ~urchaser, become the property of the Parcha~er.and likewise in ~uch event all finished docvment~ and other matekial~ under thi~ contract ~hall at the option of 'the Center become the property of 'the Center. The Center shall be entitle to receive just and equitable compensation for any' work ~ati~factorily p~rfo~ed under thi~ contract, except t~ the extent such work must b~ duplicated in order Co complete the contract.
