Were ail homes in the county Served by the committee? Yes If not, why?. <br /> <br />2. Describe educational efforts bY the committee. Distribute pamphlets to <br /> nursing homes to be gl'yen to their family members. Posters put up in <br /> each home, social services and churches. Presently involVed .in organizing <br /> a Family S(~pport Group for families of those in nursing homes. <br /> <br />3. Describe community involvement by the committee. Some members attended <br /> public meeting for bids on Nursin~ Homes. Attended meetings to broaden <br /> knowledge of responsibilities of committee members at UNCC, the Pines of <br /> Davidson and Centralina Council of Governments. <br /> <br />4. Describe problems encountered by committee. Facilities have difficulty in <br /> maintaining staff quotas. <br /> <br /> <br />
