By March.l, <br /> we should have an answer on the Environmental Assessment and will need this <br /> information to decide how to proceed. <br /> <br /> A) Prepare a cost breakdown similar to the original Airport <br /> Master Plan. Break the construction costs down by line items <br /> and show each item eligibility for State and Federal Funding. <br /> Identify amounts already spent and their eligibility for <br /> reimbursement. <br /> <br /> B) Estimate land acquisition costs. Include a list of land already <br /> acquired and cost. Include a list of homes to be bought. The <br /> Assessor should be able to convert the current listed tax value <br /> to a close estimate of market value. Include vacant acreage <br /> at $7,000 an acre or more if appropriate. Include an estimate <br /> of the cost of purchasing the Cline farm as a business <br /> including amounts for lost future income. <br /> <br /> C) Estimate relocation costs of 21 homes. Include all expenses <br /> required under Federal relocation regulations. Estimate any <br /> amount of this the State and Federal Aviation Administration <br /> (FAA) will pay for. <br /> <br /> D) List foreseeable immediate or future needs not included in cost <br /> estimate of $8 million. Identify a list of items not reimbursed <br /> by State or FAA. <br /> <br /> <br />
