Half inch vent spaces <br /> shall be provided between each length of wood nailer. <br /> <br /> 2) An additional six inch "stretch-out" strip of PVC roof membrane flashing-materials <br /> will be furnished and installed at parapet locations to accommodate the extra <br /> thickness of the additional wood blocking. The six inch PVC strip shall be adhered <br /> to the parapet walls with Sarnafil Sarnacol #2170 bonding adhesive at a coverage <br /> rate of approximately 50 square feet per gallon. <br /> <br /> 3) The additional six inch PVC strip shall then be heat-welded to the remainder of <br />"- the previously installed flashing material. All heat welding will be accomplished <br /> with hand-held heat guns. <br /> <br /> 4) This will allow us to furnish and install the W.P.
