Stroup <br /> Sheet Metal Works, Inc. shall furnish and install a 2%" #12 wood screw at approx- <br /> imately 36" on center staggered throughout the running length of the additional <br /> 2x wood blocking. This will chaRge out total costs for the additional work from <br /> $1,983.00 as reflected in our letter of January 26, 1990 to $2,074.00. This is <br /> a total add of $91.00 for the additional securement. <br /> <br /> In reference to our letter of January 26, 1990 describing changes required to the <br /> parapet wall system at the perimeter of the above referenced project, please find <br /> enclosed an itemized breakdown for all coats incurred including the additional <br /> $91.00 for extra securement. <br /> <br /> Materials (including applicable freight charges $ 823.00 <br /> Labor 628.00 <br /> Payroll taxes & insurance 218.00 <br /> Rental value of owned equipment 216.00 <br /> SUBTOTAL $1,885.00 <br /> Profit b overhead - 10% 189.00 <br /> GRAND TOTAL $2,074.00 <br /> <br /> AS previously stated, all work shall be accomplished in accordance with guidelines <br /> set by the original contract documents, our original submittal letter of December 12, <br /> 1989 and our letter of January 26, 1990.
