The Social Services Board approved <br />the architectural plans which have been developed and directed me to <br />request that the Board of Commissioners authorize the seeking of bids for <br />construction at its Hatch 5, 1990 meeting. <br /> <br /> Ken Griffin will plan to be available to make a presentation of the <br />architectural plans at that meeting in connection with this request. <br />Please advise me of an approximate time aud of any other information which <br />may be needed. <br /> <br /> Thank you. <br /> <br />cc: Ken Griffin <br /> Verniee Morgan <br /> <br /> <br />
