The C°ma~aission. wishes to a~sist in the Public's ability to paxticipate by <br /> ,providing access to the Commission's Written materials at inf6rmatinn depositories throughout the <br /> state. The depositories w~ll be maintained in public libraries in all 100 NOrth Carolina counties and in <br /> libraries of member institutions of the North Carolina Community College System.
