2. No refunds will be approved except for cases stated in #1 of this section. A credit of the paid ambunt will be established for an individual wishing to discontinue participation in a class. The credit can be applied toward another class offered up to one yea~ from the quarter the credit was given. 3. A Late Registration fee of $3.00 will be charged to class participants who register after 5*00 p.m on the first day of class. G. Refunds For Adult and Youth Athletic Leagues 1. A refund of the teams fee less 25% processing fee will be remitted two weeks prior to the first schedoled game. 2. No refund requests will be approved after the first scheduled league game. 3. No non-resident fees will be refunded at anytime. D. Individual refund policies set for special events, tournaments and rentals will override this policy. E. Refunds For Park Rentals Park Reservation fees will be non-refundable. Every effort will be made to schedUle an alternate date should a cancellation be necessary. Alternate dates may or may not be available t° the park user depending upon other reservations that have been confirmed. In case of inclement weather, the park user has three (3) working days to call and schedule an alternate date. F. Any special circumstances regarding refunds not included within this policy will be determined by the Director of Parks and Recreation. IX. EVALUATION OF ~OLICY AND I~E SC~ED~ES The fees and charges policy and related fee schedules shall be reviewed annually by the Director of Parks and Recreation and the Cabarrus Oounty Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission. Ail recommendations for policy changes or fee adjustments shall be approved by the Cabarrus Board of County Commissioners prior to implementation.
