The information presented on the Community-Based Alternatives program <br /> agreement should be clear, complete and concise. <br /> <br /> CBA administrative policies stipulate that the implementing agency: <br /> <br /> 1) provid~ direct services to impact a juvenile <br /> justice related behavior, i.e. status offense <br /> or delinquency, <br /> <br /> 2) serve youth ages seven (7) through seventeen <br /> (17) in non-residential programs, age ten <br /> or above in school programs and ages ten (10) <br /> {brough seventeen (l?) in residential p~ograms, <br /> <br /> 3)meet licensing requirements for residential <br /> program and <br /> <br />{ 4) match CBA funds with local funds (cash or in-kind) <br /> based On a pre-determined formula. <br /> <br /> The prospective program manager applies initially to the local <br /> Youth Services Advisory Committee by its specified deadline. <br /> <br /> 2) YSAC submits its recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners <br /> in the April meeting (for continuation funds).
