Association of County commissioners and <br />the N,C. League of Municipalities~ I understand that Buck <br />consultants has been selected as the actuarial firm to perform <br />the studies and will contact us to confirm our participation and <br />to get additional information as needed. <br /> I have read the enclosed Contract between the Association/League <br /> and Buck consultants, along with the attached documents outlining <br /> the terms and fees. Should my county determine at any point <br /> during the three years of this agreement that it no longer wishes <br /> to participate in the Joint Actuarial Study Program, we will <br /> notify Buck Consultants and the N.C. Association of Commissioners <br /> by letter of our desire to cancel.
