These changes had bee~ asked for <br /> in public planning sessions three different times because there was <br /> an existing business there and tile person wanted to expand it, Ms. <br /> Amos asked that tile Board delete that use fro~ll the existing ordinance. <br /> <br /> l~here being no further comments, Mr. Hurlocker MOTIONED, seconded by <br /> Mr. Suther to deny Petition gO-Oq(t) zoning text amendment and instruct <br /> the Staff to study tile zoning at tile intersection of Highway 73 East <br /> and Cold Springs Road, and to present their recommeodations to the <br /> Board. The vote was unanimous. <br /> <br /> Mr. Newton, Planning and Zoning Director, stated the Staff will work <br /> on a small area plan for that intersection. It would take about two <br /> months to process, and it will come before the Board at the July <br /> Planning Board meeting. <br /> <br />Chairman Randall introduced tile third item on the Agenda, Final Plat ~.pproval: <br /> <br />3.
