<br /> 4. Publication and Publicity. ~he Contractor may publish resulta of its
<br /> function and participation In the apprOved'State Plan without prior review by
<br /> the Grantee, provided that all such publications, interviews, news releases,
<br /> and ether communications of similar nature contain the following language:

<br /> Three copies of e~ch such publication, interview, new~ release or other
<br /> communication shall 'be furnished to the Grantee.
<br />
<br /> 5. ~opyrlghts. If the Contract results in a book or other copyrightable
<br /> material, the author is free to copyright the work, but the DOg and the Grantee
<br /> reserve a royalty-free, nonexclusive and irrevocable license to reproduce,
<br /> publish, Or ethe[wlse use, and to authorize others to uae, ell copyrighted
<br /> materiel and ell material which can be copyrighted resulting from the Contract.
<br />
<br /> 6. Patents. Any discovery or invention arising out of or developed tn the
<br /> course of work aided by this Contract shall be promptly and fully reported to
<br /> the Grantee for determination as ~o whether patent protection on such invention
<br /> or discovery Shall be sought and how the rights in the lnveution er discovery,
<br /> including rights under any patent issued tbereon, shall be disposed of and
<br /> administered, in order to protect the public interest.
<br />
<br /> 7. Covena~nt AgaiDst Con,inK,ut Fees. The Contractor warrants that ~o person
<br /> or selling agency or other organization lies been employed or £etalned to
<br /> solicit or secure this Contract upon an agreement or understanding for a
<br /> commission, percentage, brokerage, or contingent fee. For breech or violation
<br /> of this warrant, the Grantee shall ]lave tbe right to annul this Contract
<br /> without liability or, in its discretion, to deduct from the compensation, or
<br /> otherwise recover, the full amount of such commission.
<br />
<br />8~. Discrimination in Employman~ Prohihite~. The Contractor will not
<br />~diacrimtnate against.any employee employed in the performance o.f this Contract,
<br />-or against any applicant for employment i~% the performance of this Contract
<br />because of race, sex, age, creed, color, physical handicap or national origin.
<br />The Contractor will take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are
<br />employed, and that employees are treated during employment, without regard tn
<br />race, sex, age, creed, color, physical handicap or national origin, This
