include the equal~employment opportunity clause specified in section 301 of <br />Executive Order 10925, as amended. ~ The Contractor will comply with the <br />regulations promulgated by 10 CFR 1040 entitled 'Non-discrimination tn <br />Federally Assisted Programs', which implements the following public lawsl <br />Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; Section 16 of the Federal Energy <br />Administration Act of 1972; the Age Discrimination Act of 1975; and Section 504 <br />of the Rehahilltat~on Act of 1975. <br /> <br />9. Political Activity Prohtbtte~. None of the funds, matertal~, property or <br />services contributed by the Agency or the Contractor under this Contract shall <br />be used tn the Performance of this Contract for any partisan political <br />activity, or to further the election or defeat of any candidate for public <br />office. <br /> <br />10. Reliaions Activity Prohibited. There shall bs no religious worship, <br />lnstruct$on or proselytization as part of or in connection with the performance <br />of this Contract. <br /> <br />11. Compliance with Local Laws. The Contractor shall comply with all <br />applicable laws, ordinances, and codes of the State and local governmgnts. <br /> <br />12, Property Management Standards, Use and disposition of Nonexoendlhle <br />Personal Property shall be in accordance with Attachment N to Office of <br />Management and Budget Circular A-lO2. ~onexpendible Personal Property is <br />defined as 'tangible personal property having a useful life of more than one <br />year and an acquisition cost of $200.00 or mere." The Contractor agrees, that <br />title to all Nonexpsndlhle Personal Property purchased with funds provided for <br />the project described in Part III of this Agreement shall rest in the Grantee <br />and upon completion or termination of the project for any reason such property <br />shall, upon demand, he delivered to the Grantee. The Contractor further agrees <br />that the Grantee shall incur no liability for incidents involving property <br />purchased with funds under this contract, and agrees tn hold the Grantee <br />harmless in the event that claims are presented and upheld against the <br /> <br />13. Reports end Inspections. The Contractor shall make financial, program <br />progress, and other reports as requested by the Grantee or the Secretary of the <br />DOE, and will arrange for on-site inspections by the Grantee or other <br />representatives at the request of either. <br /> <br />14. -Inventory Control. The Contractor shall develop and maintain adequate <br />inventory and control systems 'in order to account for all materials, tools and <br />equipment purchased with grant fonds, The value of Inventory shall be reported <br />monthly on the Weatherization Assistance Progress Report. <br /> <br /> <br />
