Title III-B TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM <br /> <br /> l. The drivers will empty their contribution boxes daily after their <br /> routes are finished for the day. <br /> <br /> 2. They will count the money and turn it in to the department bookkeeper <br /> daily. <br /> <br /> 3. The bookkeeper recounts the money and makes a deposit to the county <br /> finance when she collects $50.00 or weekly and the last day of the <br /> month. <br /> <br /> RESPITE PROGRAM INCOME <br /> <br /> 1. Respite program income is ususlly received in checks from service <br /> clients and received by the In-Home Services Coordinator. <br /> <br /> 2. The In-Home Services Coordinator records these in her records, then <br /> gives them to the department bookkeeper which records the amount <br /> received. <br /> <br />3. The bookkeeper makes the deposi~ to the County Finance Office as <br /> money is received. <br /> <br /> HEALTH SCREENING pROGRAM INCOME <br /> <br /> 1. During Health Fairs, a locked contribution box is placed where <br /> participants can make a voluntary contribution. <br /> <br />2. This box is brought to the Dept. of Aging office where the Health <br /> Fair coordinator and the dept. bookkeeper counts the money together. <br /> <br />3. The total amount collected will be recorded in the Cash Receipts <br /> Journal. <br /> <br />4. The bookkeeper will make a deposit to the County Finance Office <br /> as these monies are received. <br /> <br /> <br />
