Advertisement for Bids <br /> <br />Pursuant to General Statutes of North Carolina, Section 143-129, sealed <br />proposals will be received bY the Board of County Commissioners for the <br />Cabarrus County Health Department, Concord, North Carolina until 10:00 a.m. <br />on the 17th 'day of July , 1990, at which time the County <br />Manager, in the Commissloners's Room, Cabarrus County Government Center, <br />Concord, North Carolina will open sealed proposals for the Cabarrus County <br />Pilot Curbside Recycling Program. <br /> <br />From ~he dFte of this advertisem-ent,'the list and specifications of thc <br />proposed Cabarrus County Pilot Curbside Recycling Program are and will <br />continue to be on file and available to prospective bidders.
