The contractor may provide any requests of one replacement container per household, but will be required to get county approval to replace any household requiring any more than one replacement. Ail shall remain the property of Cabarrus County at the conclusion of the contract, * Information and Customer Service: The contractor shall provide a local telephone number where residents may call during regular business hours for customer service assistance, such as a missed collection or a missing or damaged container. The Contractor shall place information prepared by the county in each container upon distribution. When required, the contractor shall distribute additional information relevant to curhside program (such as improper materials, additional materials added, etc.). This information will also be prepared by the county. No material information may be distributed to selected residents by the contractor without the approval in writing by the county, ~ * Publicit¥~ The contractor will be required to label the collection vehicle with the Cabarrus County Recycling logo. The county will be responsible for the public information and awareness campaign. * The contract may he modified or amended only by a written agreement duly executed by the parties hereto. * The contract will consist of five (5) years. * The contractor shall supply Cabarrus County with monthly and annual reports consisting of the following: 1. Summaries of tonnage of materials 2. Summaries of tonnage broken down by each material 3. Total revenues generated 4.
