Advertisement for Proposals <br /> <br />Pursuant to General Statutes Of North Carolina, Section 143-129, sealed <br />proposals will be received by the Board of County Commissioners for the <br />Cabarrus County Health Department, Concord, North Carolina until 10:30 a.m. <br />on the llth day of July , 1990, at which time the County _ <br />Manager, in the Commissioners's Room, Cabarrus County Government Center, <br />Concord, North Carolina will open sealed proposals for construction of a <br />Sedimentation Basin at the Cabarrus County Sanitary Landfill. <br /> <br />From the date of this advertisement, the list and specifications of the <br />proposed construction services are and will continue to be on file and <br />available to prospective bidders. For further explanation of <br />specifications please contact Mr. Bob Farris, Environmental Health <br />SUpervisor, Cabarrus County Health Department, P. O. Box 1149, Concord, <br />North Carolina, (704) 786-8121. No proposals will be considered or <br />accepted unless at the time of its filing the same shall be accompanied by <br />a deposit of cash or certified check on a bank or trust company licensed by <br />the F.D.I.C. in an amount equal to five {5) percent of the proposal or in <br />lieu thereof a five (5) percent bid bond in accordance with North Carolina <br />General Statute 143-129 as amended. The Board of County Commissioners <br />reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
