1. ~IUTUAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE UNIVERSIT~ AND AGENCY <br /> <br /> a. 8otb parties will Jointly: Establish the educational <br /> <br /> objectives for a professional training program, devise methods for their <br /> implementation, and continually evaluate the effectiveness of the training <br /> experience. <br /> <br /> b. Schedule at least one (1) Joint conference a year to <br /> <br />discuss progress of the Program and changes or revisions desired in the <br /> <br />agreement. <br /> <br /> c. Agree that there shall be no unlawful discrimination in the <br /> <br />Program based upon race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, age, handicap or <br /> <br />veteran status. <br /> <br /> d. Inform each other of changes in curriculum, Program and <br /> <br />staff which may affect the training experience. <br /> <br /> 2. AGENCY RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br /> That the agency will: <br /> a. Provide to the University the sum of $23,000 to be paid in <br /> <br />advance in quaterly equal installments of $5,750. <br /> <br /> b. Provide a supervised, professional work experience which <br />will substantially contribute both to the achievement of agency objectives and <br />to the educational objectives of the trainee. <br /> <br /> c. Appoint a designated Agency representative to coordinate <br />the training Program and to work with the University's instructors and =he <br />trainee to facilitate a meanin§ful learning experience. <br /> <br /> d. Provide the University with any appropriate written <br />orientation materials to assist the trainee and faculty members. <br /> <br /> e. Discuss the trainee's performance with him/her on a regular <br /> <br /> <br />
