RESOLUTION <br /> AUTHORIZING THE EXCHANGE OF <br /> PERSONAL PROPERTY BY PRIVATE NEGOTIATION <br /> BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF CABARRUS AND <br /> CONCORD ENGINEERING & SURVEYING, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Cabarrus has computer equipment that is no longer usable <br /> by the staff of the Land Records Department; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Cabarms has negotiated an exchange of said equipment with <br /> Concord Engineering & Surveying, Inc. for computer equipment that will <br /> enhance the daily operation of the I and Records Department; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, North Carolina General Statute 160A-271 provides that the Board of <br /> Commissioners, after public notice of proposed exchange, may adopt a <br /> resolution authorizing the exchange of personal property by private <br /> negotiation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners for the County of Caban-us in its meeting on <br /> June 4, 1990 authorized the publication of notice for the proposed exchange <br /> of the computer equipment between the County of Cabarrus and Concord <br /> Engineering & Surveying, Inc.; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Cabarrus in accordance with North Carolina General Statute <br /> 160A-271 published a notice in The Concord Tribpo~ and The Daily <br /> Inilependent on July 20, 1990 relative to the proposed exchange of personal <br /> property by private negotiation between the County of Cabarrus and <br /> Concord Engineering & Surveying, Inc. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners for the <br />County of Cabarrus that said Board does hereby authorize the exchange of the following <br />personal property by private negotiation between the County of Cabarrus and Concord <br />Engineering & Surveying, Inc. <br /> <br /> County of Cabarrus: <br /> <br /> · 7580A Hewlett-Packard Pen Plotter, Serial Number 2051A00668, $500.00 <br /> <br /> Concord Engineering & Surveying, Inc. <br /> <br /> · Hewlett-Packard 9815A Computer, Serial Number 1623A06772, $100.00 <br /> · Hewlett-Packard 86-B Computer, Serial Number 2417A3052, $100.00 <br /> · Hewlett-Packard Disk Drive, Serial Number 2341A75398, $100.00 <br /> · Hewlett-Packard Cathode Ray Terminal, Serial Number 2635J21665, <br /> $100.00 <br /> · Hewlett-Packard Printer, Serial Number 2336121665, $100.00 <br /> <br />Adopted this the 6th day of August, 1990. <br /> <br /> <br />
