RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br /> I have discussed these bids with Henry Waldroup and we <br />recommend the award be made on August 20, 1990 to RDRo Inc. They <br />are aware of our desire to proceed with the project and should be <br />able to move ahead on the execution of the bid documents as soon <br />as the Commissioners award the Contract. <br /> <br /> <br />
