The Plan agrees to ad~inister the pro§ram of benefits referred to in the Haster Group Contract under a Hodified Hinlmum RatinE Agreement as indicated below. 2. The Plan will bill the Group each month at rates calculated to cover charges for retention (as defined) and Ag§regate Stop Loss and Specific Stop Loss. 3. a. The Plan will draft the Group each month for Paid Claims (as defined) according to the terms of the Estimated Drafting Schedule provided by the Plan. b. A cumulative report will be provided to the Group each month, to show the amounts paid by the Plan, the amounts reimbursed or due from the Group, and the amounts paid by the Plan but not reimbursed from the Group, if any. due to the cumulative maximum. 4. The Plan will maintain a separate accountinE for this Group and report to the Group on a quarterly basis. The accountinE will be as follows: a. Earned income from Gzoup fees paid to the Plan and Paid Claims amounts reimbursed by the Group will be credited; b. Paid Claims will be debited for a continuinE Group and Incurred Claims (es defined) will be debited for a terminated Group; c. Charges for Retention (as defined) will be debited; d. Charges for stop loss coverage, if any, will be debited; e. Claims pooled, if any, because of stop loss coverage will be credited. 5. losses in one contract period are not carried fo~ard to future contract periods, 6. The Plan will provide Aggregete Stop Loss covera§e which will limit the Croup's liability for actual Paid Claims equal to 120% of expected claims during a single contract period. Aggregate Stop Loss is not accumulative from contract period to contract period. 7. Claim payments made prior to retroactive membership changes that are not eligible expenses under the terms of this Contract will remain the liability of the Group under the terms of this AGreement to the extent that payments are not recovered.
