PA~E 5 OF Assurance statements shall be furnished by the Center reflecting such coverage prior to any payment of funds under this contract and shall contain the provision that the Purchaser be given thirty (30) days vritten notice of any intent to amend or terminate such pollcies by either the Center or the insuring company. 15. Chan~s; The Purchaser may require changes in the work and services ~,hich the Center is :o perform hereunder. Such changes, including ~h£ch are mutually agreed upon by and between the Purchaser and the' Center, shall be incorporated in ~ritren ~mendments to this contract. Conditions of this contract, if any, must be satisfactorily addressed. The Purchaser ~y withhold payments under chis contract until these conditions are aatisfied. 16. Termination of the Contrac~ for Cause. If through ~ny c~use, the Cen~er or Purchaser fails to fulfill in a timely ~nd proper ~anner its obligations under this contract, or if the Center or Purchaser stipulations of this contract, the Purchaser or the Center shall therefore have the right to terminate this contract by giving no,ice to the Center or Purchaser of s~ch termination and specifying the 6ate thereof. In such even~, all finished documents ~nd other ~mterials provided by the Purchaser under this contra~t shall at the option o£ ~be Purchaser, become the property of the Purchaser like~ise in such event all finished documents and other materials under ~his contract shall zt the option of the Center become the property t~ ~e Center. Termination for Convenience. The Purchaser or Canter may terminate time by giving notice at least fifteen (~5) days before the effective date of such termination.
