The Center certifies that it presently has in effect such an affirmative action program. The Center agrees to post in a conspicious place available to employees and applicants for employment, notices settln§ forth the provisions of this non-disorimination clause. The Center shall in all solicitations or advertisements for subcontractors or employees placed by or on behalf of the Center state that the Center is an "Equal Opportunity Employer". (b) The Center shall keep such records and submit such reports concerning the characteristics of applicants for employment and employees as the Purchaser and the North Carolina Division of Aging may require. The Purchaser agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Center, its agents and employees from and against any and all loss, cost, damages, expense, and liability caused by the failure of the Center to fully perform its obligation~s under this agreement and in accord with its terms; or hy an accident or other occurrence causing bodily injury, including dee[h, sickness, and disease to any person; or damage or destruction to property, real or personal, which may arise from operations, products or services rendered under this contract. 1da.
