The Center shall furnish the Purchaser with a monthly program report <br /> which includes the date and time of service and a request for payment <br /> of units of service delivered. Such reports shall be furnishhd within <br /> three (3) working ~ays after the end of each month. Request for <br /> payment must be itemized into units of service. <br /> <br /> 10. Interest of the Center. The Center covenants that neither the Center <br /> nor its agents or employees' presently has an interest nor shall <br /> acquire an interest, direct or indirect, which conflicts in any <br /> ~nner or degree wieh the performance of ica service hereunder~ or <br /> which would prevent, or tend to prevent the satisfactory performance <br /> of the Center's service her~nder, in an impartial and unbiased manner. <br /> The Center further covenants chat in the performance of chis contract <br /> no person having any such interest shall be employed by the Center as <br /> an agent, subcontractor or other,,isa. <br /> <br /> !]. Interest of Hember of the Program and Others. No officer, member or <br /> e~.ployee of the Program, a~d no public official of any local <br /> government whiah is affected in any way by the Program, who exercises <br /> any function or responsibilities in the review of the Program or any <br /> component thereof, shall participate in any decisions relating co <br /> this contract which affects his/her personal interest or the interest <br /> of any corporation, partnership or association in ~hich he/she is, <br /> ~irectly or-indirectly interested; nor shall any. such perso~ have any <br /> <br /> arising therefrom. <br /> <br />13- E~ual Employment Opportunity. <br /> (a) The C~ncer shall not discriminate against any employee applfcamC <br /> <br /> religion, age, sex or national origin.
