The Center agrees to ~eet vith Purchaser one ti~e per quarter (or <br /> ~ore frequently, if requested) to evaluate respite service program <br /> operation and quality of service. Heatings shall be scheduled at <br /> the convenience of the Purchzser and the Center. All units of <br /> sarx, ice sha~l ~eet the required minimum service standards as adopted <br /> and implemented by ~orth Carolina Division of Aging. <br /> <br /> <br />
